Student FAQ's

How long will it take to process my enrolment?
We try to have your enrolment processed within 1-3 working days for most courses. It can however take up to 3-5 days for courses offered by our strategic partners.

When I submit an assignment, how long will it take to get feedback?
We aim to have all assignments returned to students within 10 working days.

What is the expected response time if I ask a question via email?
Tutors will try their best to respond to emails within 24 hours (weekdays).

Can I ask my tutor to call me?
Yes, you can request a phone call with your tutor to be scheduled, just email your tutor to organise it.
You are also offered an initial phone call as part of your welcome email from your tutor. So don't be afraid to take them up on this.

What do I get after I graduate?

Letter of Completion -
A Letter of Completion* is given to students who have successfully completed all assignments in a short course.
*The letter of completion is not awarded automatically, you need to request it by contacting Student Services.

Statement of Achievement -
A Statement of Achievement is awarded to students who have successfully completed all assignments in a short course.

Certificate and Higher Qualifications -
Certificates, Proficiency Awards and Diplomas are awarded upon successful completion of the respective course, this includes all assignments, research projects, work experience, etc.

Can I apply for an extension?
Extensions can only be approved for selected courses and fees may also apply.
