      We need the past participle "sent" to make the passive.

2.   He told me that it would take longer than I expected.
      The verb tell needs a person (me) as the object.

3.   It’s a new house, it’s beautiful.
3.   It's a new house . It's beautiful.
      These are two separate sentences.

4.   Too many people, use cars in the city.
4.   Too many people use cars in the city.
      We don't need a comma to separate the subject (people) from the verb (use).

5.   I like chocolate. Because it makes me feel good.
5.   I like chocolate because it makes me feel good.
      The conjunction "because" joins a reason and result to make ONE sentence.

6.   I DON'T want to argue with you.
6.   I really don't want to argue with you.
      We use "really" to make "don't want" stronger.

7.   I heard him say (take it out) not (put it back).
7.   I heard him say "take it out" not "put it back".
      We use speech marks "" to show what somebody says.

8.   She should’ve been taken to the hospital by the driver.

9.   If I had given him the parcel right now, he would have opened it.
9.   If I gave him the parsel right now, he'd open it.
      The sentence is talking about present time so we need the 2nd conditional structure.

      We write the modal verb "must" straight after the subject "I".

11.   Where he lived in China the house is bigger than his house now.

      We need a relative clause to connect "he lived" to "the house".

12.   It was as if it had write by someone else.
12.   It was as if it had been written by somebody else.
      We need the passive form to show that "somebody else" had written it.

Look through these sentences. Eleven of them contain typical mistakes that Turkish learners make when they speak or write English. One of the sentences is correct.

The mistakes are in grammar, vocabulary, spelling and logic. Some sentences have many mistakes and some sentences have only one error.
