We use the preposition "as" after the verb "work" to show which job.
4. Last week-end I went to a trip with my host family. We went to London.

We use the preposition "on" in the fixed expression "go on a trip".
5. I write you in response of your advertisement on the local newspaper.
5. I am writing in response to your advertisement in the local newspaper.
We use the "present continuous tense" to show an action that you are doing "now".
6. Kim, it's a nice girl. I am sure you like her.
6. Kim is a nice girl. I'm sure you'll like her.
We use the future form "will" to say how another person will like somebody in the future.
7. The Prime Minister spoke in behalf of the country.
7. The Prime Minister spoke on behalf of the country.
We use the preposition "on" in the fixed expression "speak on behalf of".
8. My father's a teacher. He has learnt to be very patience person.
8. My father's a teacher. He's learnt to be a very patient person.
We need the adjective "patient" to describe the noun "person".
9. I spent some time in a farm so I'm used to work hard.
9. I spent some time on a farm so I'm used to working hard.
After "be used to" we need to write a gerund (working).
10. I would like to comment on some aspects of life in Prague.

We do not use "according to" to talk about ourselves.
12. I met Sonia in 1999 and we have become friends very soon.

1999 is past time so we must use a past verb form - not present perfect.
