This page gives you two ways to apply for Cambridge English Exams at The Language Project
exam centre. If possible, we would perfer that you use the online application form.

Online Application Form
We now have a new 3-page online form which you can use to send us the necessary information. The form does not currently
include payment, which you will need to do separately by telephone.
To use the form, your computer will need to have JavaScript
installed and working. If the form does not work for you, we are still providing a
paper version of the appliction form, which you
can download below.

If this link does not work, it probably means that JavaScript is not activated on your computer. You will then need to use the paper version of the form below.
Mail or Fax a Paper Copy Of The Form
If you prefer not to use the online form, please complete the application form below, sign it and return it to us by post at the address shown below. Please do
not e-mail the form to us. We do require your signature on the form. Remember to include full payment for the exam you wish to take.
We have provided a word processed form which you can complete online, print out and then send to us by fax or conventional mail. The first link is to a copy of the form in
Microsoft Word format. You can type your information into it or print it out and complete it by hand. But you must
print out the form and send it to us by post. Sorry, but we do not accept applications by e-mail.
If you do not have Microsoft Word, you can open the other version of the form which is a PDF (Adobe Acrobat) document. You will then need to print out the form and complete it by hand and then
send it to us by mail or fax. If your computer does not have
an Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download one for
free (quite quickly) at this web address.

If you have Internet Explorer 7, this link may not open when you click it. If this happens you will need to download the file and then open it. To download the
application form, right click on the link above, select "Save Target As" from the list of choices and select an easy location like your desktop
as the location. The download should take two or three seconds. Then, find the file sitting on your desktop, and double click it to open it
normally.
