Flexible Programmes
Our English Courses are very flexible.
You can start any Monday and study for any number of weeks. We recommend a minimum stay of 2 weeks.
This means that you can design the programme that is perfect for you,
and perfect for your budget to help you learn English in the best way for you.
The Length of Your Programme
Many students attend school for 8 - 12 weeks; others decide to come for two or three weeks during holidays. Quite a few students study
on our Study Year option: study for 25 weeks or longer and you get a fantastic reduction in the course
fees. Click here for details.
Whichever option you choose, we hope that you will return for a second or even third course, too: about 50% of our students extend their
stay with us or return the next year.
Several students have studied with us for over 2 years - because Bristol is a great place, because the
school is like a family, and because our lessons help you learn Enlgish effectively.
Twenty Classes A Week
Mornings-only programmes:
All our main courses are built around a core package of general English lessons known as General English 20. This is made up of
20 forty-five minute lessons which take place every morning from Monday to Friday.
These lessons are designed to provide everything
you need to make balanced progress in English grammar, vocabulary and key language skills.
Thirty Classes A Week
Full-time programmes:
For students wishing to make more rapid progress or for those preparing for an IELTS or Cambridge English exam we offer a number of afternoon supplement courses that
students can add to a General English 20 course.
Our Intensive English 30 supplement of ten extra lessons provide another ten general English lessons including our ninety minute conversation club which takes place every Friday.
On top of this, our Study Room is open outside class-times for you to do extra study or complete your homework tasks. There is always a teacher in the study room to help you.
