Computer Basics Windows 7 Outline

This introductory course will teach you everything you need to know about your computer. With step by step exercises to help guide you through the course, you will learn the basics such as the components of a computer system, computer software and hardware, peripherals, managing files using Windows Explorer through to how to manage and protect data in a personal computer system.

  • Create shortcut icons on the desktop

  • Identify common threats to computer data
  • Apply measures to secure and protect computer data and computer systems
