These pages give useful information about Britain, its people, its
famous places and the unique way of life.
When you learn English, you usually learn all about grammar, vocabulary, spelling and punctuation in your lessons. If you are
lucky you can study in the UK or another country where they speak English.
But to successfully communicate in English,
it's useful to know about famous British people (both past and present), about major British cities and about British culture.
You can probably find this information in books and on other websites. But this is the only website that tells you about a lot of
different areas and is in easy English.

British People; Present and Past
